About the Role
As a Premium Content Manager, you will work closely with the Premium Music Content and overall Twitch Music team to onboard and manage premium music content partners while helping them build communities on Twitch. You will be the long-term contact for incoming premium music content partners. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the music industry, social media and streaming market, and IP/Brand building, showcasing client management experience, a creative mentality and execution under evolving and strict timelines. You also have a passion for helping others succeed and the desire to turn that passion into a career.
You Will:
- Interface and manage professional relationships with acquired and existing Premium Music Content (PMC) partners
- Create and manage strategic programs which provide value to PMC partners
- Present and implement programming and community concepts to improve the growth opportunity for all PMC partners
- Develop efficient communications, documentation and tracking utilized to continuously monitor , assess and improve PMC partner performance
- Gather feedback from cross functional teams internally related to Twitch products, extensions and best practices
- Work cross-functionally with all Twitch Music and company partners (Finance, Operations, Artist Partnerships, Content, Sales, PR, Marketing, Trust & Safety, PPS, GCS teams) to achieve team goals and objectives
You Have:
- 5+ years account management, partner management or relevant programming experience in the media, tech and/or music industry
- Experienced with data aggregation and analytics, tied to team goals and KPIs
- An understanding of Twitch culture, content and relevant technologies
Bonus Points
- Prior live music industry relations, entertainment programming or management experience
- Familiarity with Twitch as a broadcaster
- Previous employment at a music-centric company (e.g. promoter, label, agency)
