Post Production Supervisor

EA is seeking a mature, creative and eager Post Production Supervisor.

In this role, you’ll help ideate, produce, and edit compelling short-to-mid-form videos and promotional content. These videos will either stand alone or be part of larger Competitive Gaming Broadcasts on linear platforms, as well as digital platforms including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. The ideal candidate is immersed in creative content continually looks to push the envelop. He or she knows what connects with the millennial audiences and what quality looks like. In addition to content creation, this person will be integral in the development of Broadcast operations through cross functional communication and content development.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside social, competitive gaming, development and creative groups to ideate and create entertaining, shareable, and exciting short-to-mid-form social videos
• Produce various assets for broadcasts, as well as individual on demand assets
• Edit and deliver various feature, highlight and event video packages
• Manage post-production workflow and file storage
• Expert quality control on all assets in production
• Be engrained in the competitive gaming community to deliver the right content
• Creatively source footage needed to execute world class broadcasts and on demand assets
• Master the EA voice to help build extensions of each title

Qualifications:

• 5 years of editing and producing experience at either a network or digital media company
• MUST have a passion for gaming, competition and broadcast
• Be an expert at non-linear editing with expertise in Adobe Premiere
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Working knowledge of live video production
• Possess exceptional communication, creative, and organizational skills
• Work well in a team, as well as on your own
• Be able to juggle multiple projects at once
• Be open to constructive criticism from peers and strive to make best-in-class content
• Familiar with operating cameras, lighting and audio production tools
