About the Role

Our Player Support team helps players get back into the game quickly when they experience problems. But we aim to go beyond that and empower our support team members to improve the game so the problems players experience are less likely to happen in future. As the Player Support Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our team succeed with those goals by developing rapport with the support, development, community, and publishing teams to make those goals a reality.

In your role as Player Support Operations Manager you will build a brand new Player Support team by setting up day-to-day support operations, aligning the support strategy, collaborating on the creation of support tools, writing training materials, working with vendors, and reviewing the results.

We're looking for someone who cares about creating amazing support experiences, and aims to be a strong advocate for our players. We're seeking someone who enjoys the range of tasks required to create and manage a support team. Besides being comfortable with setting up/maintaining support software and data & reporting, you’ll have experience in recruiting, training, and managing support teams and player support operations.
