Player Relationship Management Platform Manager

Job Overview

Wargaming Belgrade is looking for a PRMP Manager for the World of Warships Franchise. We are looking for a good organizer with logical thinking, able to anticipate various situations and prepare for them in advance.

*PRMP (Player Relationship Management Platform) is an internal Wargaming service for personalized delivery of offers to players based on big data. In case of successful completion of the interview, we will train you to work with the Player Relationship Management Platform.

What will you do?

• Coordinate a variety of unique automatic targeted campaigns for the World of Warships Franchise
• Ensure open communication between the involved teams
• Support customers at all stages of campaign preparation
• Be responsible for meeting the deadlines for launching campaigns and their correct operation
• Writing and maintaining the necessary documentation.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience working as a manager in any digital / IT team
• The ability to quickly switch between tasks without making mistakes
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Attention to details
• Desire to work in a team
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in working with any CRM services: GetResponse, Emarsys, SendPulse, or other similar services
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira / Confluence)
• Knowledge of the Russian language
• Ability to prove your point of view
• Ability to perform tasks within specified time limits
• Experience in playing World of Warships or World of Warships: Legends.
