Player Experience Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

Bandai Namco Entertainment America is committed to providing our players with exceptional service. We are searching for a Player Experience Representative to provide support for players who require assistance with any of our games or products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion for the game industry and Bandai Namco games coupled with strong customer service skills.

Join us at our new campus in Irvine, California where a hybrid work schedule will be observed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide efficient, high-quality support for our players by answering tickets and using live chat support
• Report feedback to our team to help improve the user experience
• Work cross-functionally with production teams to stay up-to-date on new releases, patches, and updates to support the players
• Maintain security and confidentiality of Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s internal information and customer/account information
• Act as a liaison between Player Experience and the external Player Experience team
• Be the subject matter expert on the assigned games
• Provide eCommerce support for the online store by addressing missing items/ damaged items, RMA (returns process), and other support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years experience in a service, retail, or customer facing role
• Knowledge and passion for the video game industry and customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
• Strong team player who works with internal and external partners effectively
• Knowledge of Zendesk (bonus)
• Knowledge of Games as a Service (GaAs)
