POSITION SUMMARY

We are searching for a Player Experience Representative to provide support for players who require assistance with any of our games or products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion for the game industry and Bandai Namco games coupled with strong customer service skills.

Join us at our new campus in Irvine, California where a hybrid work schedule will be observed.
