Job Description

The mission of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) Audience & Customer Management department is to support & help deliver Ubisoft’s marketing strategies & offers to our different audiences (our players, communities, influencers, journalists & partners) by activating the optimal communication channels managed by the various teams within the department: CRM, Media, Player Experience, Community Management, Communications or Customer Support.

Within this department, the Player Experience team has a transversal role and aims to help maximize player satisfaction by mobilizing the various internal teams worldwide around players core needs. The team’s objective is to analyze the player experiences within the Ubisoft ecosystem, to boost internal collaboration & improve these experiences with the player’s needs in mind and finally to create & coordinate processes that improve Ubisoft’s ability to execute the best player experiences consistently.

Your mission will be to improve the player experience in our games and services, via collaboration processes and tools. More precisely you will orchestrate global Player Experience programs related to Player Safety; Ubisoft digital ecosystem and Player Services programs (forum etc .. ).

You will be asked to

· Coordinate effectively and proactively the programs needs across a wide variety of teams from The Player Experience teams in Business with Corporate Social Responsibility; Productions and IT teams.

· Effectively translate the needs of Business and Production teams, to make sure these requirements are be represented in the development of player services solutions

· Develop project plans and manage the project lifecycle and requirements, using proven project planning, monitoring, and communication methodologies, to deliver within established timelines, and to required scope and quality standards.

· Ensure effective communication and regular synchronization with key stakeholders, to align on OKRs, KPIs, scope, roadmap, feature prioritization, etc.

· Organize and coordinate the onboarding and live deployment of the service for new and existing games and services

· Frequently report on project progress and risks to relevant teams and your management.

· Stay up to date on player dynamics trends, in the gaming industry and digital worl

Qualifications

· Confirmed relevant experience within video game or community management industries

· Good experience in cross-organizational relationship building and project coordination

· Process orientation and strong project management experience

· Player/customer focus, ability to walk in player’s shoes, standing up as player advocate, always

· Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

· High level of computer literacy, Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills

· Strong analytical skills and process orientation

· Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills

Fluency in English, French is a plus
