You as a Player Experience Analyst would:
- Review reporting from AI and machine learning initiatives to determine effectiveness and address false positives with the Support team.
- Monitor our anti-cheat provider to ensure cheats are being reported and disruptive behavior addressed. Where this software is not addressing it, working with game teams to determine alternative methods.
- Suggesting improvements to and implementation of reporting for Support tools to mitigate bad actors influence
- Create and maintain best practice guidelines to ensure consistent actions from the Support team, anti-toxicity contractors and the community team
Who we are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Community Management role with a focus in online games or equivalent experience
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to present reporting and good documentation around various tasks and processes
- Basic knowledge of common cheating methodologies, anti-cheat detection and prevention systems
- An understanding of player communities and ways to reduce toxicity and improve health
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
