Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Our core team mission in the Playable Ads team is to create engaging and interactive advertising experiences that captivate audiences and drive conversions. We work with playable developers and coordinators that turn a game into a HTML interactive ad experience. Your main mission will be to produce high-performing ads by creating and uploading them to our different networks.
Role
We are looking for talent interested in creating something bigger. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market and mobile advertising, as well as the Playable Ads marketing. You will join a high-performing team and your goal will be to coordinate the creative production of playables with internal and external teams, improve performance and drive innovation.
- Analyze performance of playables in order to have clear learnings to be further pushed
- Benchmark the market and networks to provide interesting findings for Ideation
- Create Playables briefs, relying on performance and game feel experience; also provide art direction and assets
- Manage your own portfolio of games and E2E playables production and upload
- Track performance of playables and define strategies to keep improving it
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Video, Analytics, etc.) to ensure optimized ideation for production and playables strategy alignment among stakeholders
- Constantly identify and propose improvement opportunities for the processes and for the playables development
Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the Creative Production segment
- You have exceptional project management skills
- You have strong ability to develop detailed playables briefs
- You show strong interest and knowledge of the mobile apps industry and know how to benchmark and brainstorm innovative ideas
- You have a good eye for design and is capable to articulate design decisions
- You have previous experience in a creative or art direction role working with third party providers. Technical background in playables is highly appreciated
- You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment
- You are fluent in English - French is a plus
