Pipeline Manager/Producer (Shotgrid)

Larian Studios have 25 years of experience creating critically acclaimed role playing games and we pride ourselves on our excellent storytelling — our most recent title, Divinity: Original Sin 2, has won over 160 awards (including the BAFTA for Best Multiplayer Game) and our next game, Baldur’s Gate 3, is currently in Early Access.
We want to bring in an experienced Shotgun expert/Producer to guide the Larian production team in Shotgrid pipeline and process set-up and implementation.
The role can be onsite or remote and on a freelance or fixed term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the Larian production team in Shotgrid pipeline and process set-up and implementation, starting with Cinematics and potentially moving onto helping other departments set up Shotgrid pipelines that are integrated with one another
- Communicate with both producers and artists on feedback to help improve Shotgrid as well as help production troubleshoot issues with the software
- Manage and track tasks requested by production and artists for Shotgrid
- Help identify processes and workflows that can help improve quality and consistency of our Shotgrid pipeline
- Being able to communicate effectively and professionally with third parties, if needed
- Shotgrid tutorials and documentation when needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Shotgrid roll-out and implementation for other teams outside of Cinematics
- Handle data updates for production teams on Shotgrid when needed
Requirements:
- Experience running a creative team or comparable experience
- Well-versed in Shotgrid implementation and workflows
- Solution oriented and creative problem solver, always able to listen to people’s needs and help find the best possible solution
- Able to communicate effectively with production, DevOps, animators, artists, QA and potential third parties
- Able to understand creative processes and timelines/milestones
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be willing to travel to our different partners and studios when needed
