Performance Marketing Manager, Unity Monetization

In this role you will work across the Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Social teams, overseeing lead generation, demand generation, and prospect nurturing. You will work with various systems connecting sales and marketing with the deltaDNA product, managing advertising accounts and reporting out the wider organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the data and processes between deltaDNA’s marketing communications tool, Marketo, deltaDNA’s website and its Salesforce instance to ensure there is full capture of leads generated by deltaDNA marketing activities
- Maintain and develop deltaDNA’s lead nurturing programs in Marketo by distributing deltaDNA content to relevant prospects and clients
- Manage deltaDNA’s PPC and Display Advertising activity, including the reporting of the effectiveness of sales to ensure an effective use of budget
- Oversee deltaDNA’s social media accounts via Facebook, LinkedIn and miscellaneous other channels
- Maintain deltaDNA’s website back-end and integrations with other products
- Provide general advice and consulting related to the capturing, nurturing, and conversion of leads to ensure deltaDNA’s online marketing is effective and relevant
- Generate regular reports regarding the effectiveness of our online marketing outreach activities, with a focus on the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the deltaDNA sales team
Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing/operations role
- Experience capturing and nurturing leads with marketing automation
- Working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Wordpress infrastructure
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Experience tracking and reporting across multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns
Bonus Points
- Experience with Intercom or similar messaging platforms
- Experience with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools
