This is a fixed-term contract, from March 2021 to February 2022, with possibility of extension.
About the role
As a Performance Marketing Manager you will be part of the Paid Media Team and work with building awareness, driving traffic and bringing in new players to our games, while contributing with a creative mind-set and expertise in advertising strategy. On a daily basis, you will be planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing paid media campaigns. You maintain a close dialogue with partner agencies, media houses and networks around the world. You will be working closely with, and share results with other disciplines within the marketing department, such as content and community, whom you’ll be giving input regarding ad assets from a marketing perspective.
Till: Together with the rest of the paid media team, you are responsible for all the paid advertising throughout all the stages of the acquisition funnel. You will be expected of you to be giving input on general marketing strategies for several Paradox brands.
- At least 3 years experience managing advertising budgets and digital campaigns
- A good understanding of digital media channels and platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook
- Experience with Google Analytics and UTM tagging
- A good understanding of ad creative and copy
- A familiarity with the gaming industry and games published by Paradox Interactive is preferable, but not necessary

We believe you are ambitious, creative and have great communication skills. You are curious and eager to learn about new and upcoming techniques in brand and performance marketing and user acquisition. Furthermore, the right candidate needs to have an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail; have the ability to take a step back and see the full picture as well as focus in on the details, and how every little bit plays a part in the whole.
