Your Mission

Welcome to Solid State Studios! We’re a new in-house studio at Activision, dedicated to developing the best AAA mobile games in the world. Our first project is a new AAA mobile title in the Call of Duty franchise and we’re looking for great talent from mobile, console and PC backgrounds passionate about their work, who share our belief in what AAA experiences on mobile can and should be. Your Profile

As a Performance Marketing Creative Coordinator you’ll partner with the rest of the team to drive player awareness and acquisition. You will work closely with our Product Managers, Producers, Marketers, and others to develop marketing and user acquisition creatives. The role requires you to be an excellent and persuasive communicator, and capable of dealing with a wide variety of internal and external partners. You will have a fundamental creative orientation and can ideate, communicate the ideas, and be motivated to execute on the ideas. As an ideal candidate, you will be eager to learn and willing to take on any challenge that will help the team. You must thrive in a challenging and fast-moving environment, take direction well, and be calm under pressure.

· Capturing meetings notes and action items

· Plan and brief internal and external partners on creatives

· Manage production pipeline of creatives across multiple partners and sources.

· Keep current on latest mobile trends and provide best practices to improve creative performance.

· Liaise with cross functional teams

· Find opportunities to help your team focus on doing what they do best

· 0-2 years of experience in game, film, or technology development

· Desire to pursue a career in game creative advertising and marketing

· General understanding of project management fundamentals (e.g. scheduling, tracking, reporting).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with Microsoft and Google productivity suite

Bonus XP

· Experience with a variety of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Shotgun, Monday, Trello, etc.)

Previous role as a Producer/Project Manager for a creative project (Indie game, film, commercial,etc.).

· Marketing Experience

· Adobe Creative suite

· Active video game player across a variety of genres, especially Mobile F2P games.

· Proficient in foreign languages (Mandarin and/or Japanese; both written and verbal a major plus)
