We're working on several exciting projects and are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
As a fast growing studio, we are looking for a People and Culture Coordinator, who can primarily support our HR Director, CEO and the wider team. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our company and this role will evolve as we continue to grow. This is a fully remote position, supporting our employees who are based all over the UK.
People
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle (job postings, application management, interview scheduling, feedback and onboarding)
- Manage the leavers process
- Maintaining accurate employee records in all our people systems
- Benefits administration
- Partnering with finance to ensure payroll is accurate each month
- First line employee support for HR and recruitment queries
- Support the HR Director with company wide people initiatives (performance reviews, talent planning, compensation planning, etc.)
- Help coordinate activities and initiatives across our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Champion our company culture
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Ensure our people pages are up to date and compliant with current employment legislation
- Working closely with the CEO, Discipline Directors and the Production team
Culture
- Advocate studio policies and procedures
- Organise team and studio events
- Book travel and accommodation
- Purchasing and distributing of studio gifts
- Manage the merchandise inventory
- Send out merchandise to new hires and studio partners
- Order equipment for the studio
- Book couriers and organise postage
- Partner with our finance team to send invoices for financial reconciliations
- Managing our social media channels
What we’re looking for
- Experience working as an HR Administrator / HR Advisor
- CIPD Level 5 is desirable
- A people-focused individual, with an emphasis on building strong relationships and open communication
- Clear communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can competently use Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to order and prioritise a dynamic and varying workload effectively
- Is comfortable dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- An interest for gaming is helpful but not essential
