Are you a 3rd or 4th-year student who’s looking to learn the full gamut of HR? Come join our People & Talent Acquisition (P&TA) team on a 4-month co-op term where you will get exposure to all areas within the employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team of talented individuals who possess unique superpowers. We aim to foster a delightful employee experience while supporting the business to achieve our company goals. In this role, you can expect to:

• Support the new hire pre-boarding and onboarding process
• Assist with interview and meeting coordination
• Research and post to relevant industry job boards
• Support the day-to-day operations of the P&TA team
• Respond to general employee inquiries
• Work closely with the P&TA Team on ad-hoc projects and/or requirements that may arise

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

• Is in 3rd or 4th year in a post-secondary Business program, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• Is highly motivated with the drive to take on new challenges and proactively problem solve
• Is deadline-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly

To take it up a notch, you will also have:

• Strong willingness and motivation to learn with an inherent curiosity
• Skills in researching best practices and HR trends
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service experience
• Additional language skills
• Passionate about games and/or entertainment
