People & Talent Coordinator

Our new People & Talent Coordinator will support the People & Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day strategic, administrative, and operative tasks for an excellent Employee Experience.
This junior position will work closely with the People Operations Manager and with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive Tilting Pointers future and road towards becoming the top game publisher, partner of choice.
Your future at Tilting Point
- Support People Operations function by collaborating, engaging or leading HR processes and workflows, including but not limited to general employment cycle, onboarding, migration or performance.
- Organize and coordinate full hiring processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team using our ATS (Greenhouse) and contributing to an amazing candidate experience.
- Bring excellent HR assistance to Tilting Pointers resolving queries and requests.
- Work with our People tools, policies and processes, including our HRIS (BOB)
- Handle administrative tasks ensuring Tilting Point’s policies and compliance
- Contribute to Tilting Point culture, by collaborating on activities or initiatives to create an amazing Tilting Point experience for all Tilting Pointers (yourself included!)
- Assist with relocation and migration procedures.
Skills and requirements
- You have at least 1 year of experience working as HR Generalist or People partner, ideally in a People-first environment, preferable in the tech or gaming industry. Start-up experience is a big plus .
- Excellent communication, social and organizational skills.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral, level C1 minimum)
- You are proactive, excellence minded and accountable to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- You have working knowledge of local and national employment and operations laws for Barcelona
- You have a can-do and proactive attitude and are able to work with little support and direction, and a customer oriented mindset.
- You embrace the insights of Gamification, Corporate Culture, DE&I and People Experience
- You are comfortable using technology applied to HR, test new tools and methodologies, and think beyond the box

This position is based in Barcelona.
