About the Position

As an Amazon company, the Twitch People Team works closely with Amazon to ensure employee data is accurately captured and managed in Amazon’s systems. You will play a critical role in this partnership by driving onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes in Twitch’s systems and partnering with Amazon’s Shared Services to ensure Amazon’s system is populated and updated accordingly. In addition, the People Services Coordinator will provide direct support to our People Operations leadership team with ongoing programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Apply Twitch processes to onboard and offboard contingent workers, including advising hiring managers on process
• Assist in immigration and relocation support for Twitch employees
• Create and maintain employment records and data accuracy in Workday and other Twitch and Amazon systems
• Generate employment-related letters such as job change letters and verification of employment
• Pull and prepare data in response to reporting requests and audit requirements
• Administer benefits and perks programs
• Provide front line support for employee queries in Zendesk
• Provide ad hoc support as needed by the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in human resources
• Excellent Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs) skills
• Workday experience a plus but not required
• Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and with the levity and coolness that exemplifies Twitch’s culture
• Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations
• Work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and the rest of the People Team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
• Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity
