Job Description
- Developing and conducting a performance review process to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
- Coach or designing coaching programs for managers
- Close cooperation with company managers
- Systematically monitoring team and individual performance, conducting individual conversations with employees
- Building employee engagement, conducting employee opinion research, analyzing results, and introducing changes
- Overseeing and writing company policies, HR procedures, and processes
- Implementation of modern solutions and HR tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in an HR role in an international company
- University-level degree specializing in Human Resources or the field of psychology, sociology
- Knowledge of HR tools and solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent ability to prioritize, problem-solve, demonstrate initiative & think outside of the box
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- High work ethic and self-motivation

- Previous experience in game development companies

People Can Fly is one of the leading and most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the world. We took off in 2002 and since then, we have never slowed down. We made our mark on the action-shooter genre, developing titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, and Gears of War: Judgement. After being part of the Epic Games family, our desire to stay free and create on our own terms eventually made us independent.
