People Experience Advisor

Sony PlayStation has an excellent opportunity for HR Professionals with a unique background in HR matters. In this role you'll serve on a team of People Experience Advisors who handle almost any employee related issue from benefits to PTO, to leave of absence requests.
The Advisor provides HR operational and administrative support to both managers and employees. Duties include but are not limited to responding to tickets and or emails related to HR programs, policies, practices, and procedures. They will use technology to track and respond to issues. They should have a solid understanding of Workday from an HR perspective as well as a ticketing system such as ServiceNow. In addition, the Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of excel for the basic formulas and pivots. The Advisor is also responsible for employee data and record transactions including reviewing onboarding documents prior to approving in Workday. May be called upon to help with other HR projects or tasks including engagement, onboarding, offboarding, background screens or acquisitions.
People Experience Job Duties:
- Reference policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistent and accurate responses to employees related issues and/or inquiries.
- Perform HR administration transactions in respective applications as appropriate, within service level agreements with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to written procedures.
- Complete on-boarding and off-boarding processes to maintain compliance, practices, and data integrity.
- Manage assigned case load of ServiceNow tickets timely and accurately.
- Help with New Hire Orientations
- Complete Workday employee-related transactions as needed.
- Work with excel files for various projects.
- Help with background screening in HireRight.
- Use good judgment and intuition to identify and raise potentially problematic issues.
- Identify and call out inconsistent and incongruent processes, policies, and practices.
- Provide input, insight, and feedback relative to the development and implementation of resource materials, tools, and shared service practices.
- Collaborate with tier 2 to build and refine tier 0 reference materials and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or in a corporate environment.
- a self-starter and self-motivated.
- Experience using Workday to hire and complete transactions.
- Experience using ServiceNow to respond to inquiries.
- Experience using HireRight a plus
- Experience with Excel and basic formulas and pivots
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$75,800 — $113,800 USD
