Summary

You will join us as our Senior P&C Business Partner looking after global tech. This is an initial 12 month FTC. You will be experienced at working with senior leaders to create environments which drive high performance and engagement. Communicating, influencing, and consulting with stakeholders in a way that is impactful and relevant play a key part of your role.

What you'll do

Day-to-day, you will:
• Partner with functional and regional teams, providing consultative expertise and guidance on people matters, calling upon specialist experts from the wider People Team when appropriate to achieve the best outcome and employee experience.
• Understanding business strategies and aligning the People Plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives and how to measure its impact.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, coaching, advising, and influencing stakeholders to increase engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with the wider People team initiatives and embed across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

TALENT:
• Manage and monitor the performance of the talent management processes, providing the appropriate data insights of HR metrics and analysis
• Understand business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies to build the capability of the workforce to meet business goals
• Assess Talent to build capabilities and leadership capabilities within country within alignment of BUs
• Partner and coach managers/supervisors to develop and execute the Global Tech’s strategy aligned with company and BU’s, priorities and needs
• Manage recruiting and staffing initiatives, counsel managers in final selections and compensation; Consult with leaders for talent planning and career development
• Conduct quarterly deep dive talent assessment and demonstrate progress on succession plan readiness; able to identify high potential talent and implement SMART development plans for critical positions
• Career Path for FTE population at all locations, and strengthening process capabilities

ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS:
• Direct and ensure the successful delivery of HR services required to drive business imperatives within an assigned geographical region and proactively seeks to identify and resolve issues driving HR operational excellence through P&C country managers

• Support Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Change Management,
• Analyse business trends and metrics and develop proactive organizational and talent actions to ensure profitable growth, think systemically the future of the workforce

CULTURE:
• Drive Global Tech’s culture towards PM values and vision and cultural beliefs; enable location site initiatives (linked to global tech talent strategy) to unleash people’s potential through development & inclusion
• Develop and Implement process and tools that foster open communication, inclusion and employee satisfaction

What we're looking for

Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Currently working at a Manager/Senior HR Partner level with experience of working within a fast-paced environment (ideally technology) with ever changing priorities.

Experience partnering with business leaders in a matrixed environment requiring influencing skills.
• Experience working in a fast-growing business.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving strategic People agenda aligned to the business needs.
• Comfortable with a common-sense HR culture; with a sound knowledge of employment law, you'll know when to use your judgement instead of a policy.
• Communication and great rapport building are your strengths; you're able to draw upon real experience of relationships you've successfully managed.
• Be able to work from our London office ideally 2 days a week
