You will be reporting to the People Manager, you will be working independently in handling all forms of communication and management in the department as well as working effectively alongside with all internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibility
- Managing and coordinating human resources and operations processes/policies improvement and initiatives to enhance the studio’s core
- Handling all matters related with managing and liaising with outsourced payroll providers
- Preparing and keeping all documentation (letter, agreement, etc) in a timely and efficient manner
- Overseeing full spectrum of recruitment including sourcing, screening and interviewing talents
- Handling immigration-related matters for expatriate hires
- Managing and facilitating the expatriate hires relocation and temporary housing
- Handling the full employee life cycle which includes onboarding and offboarding
- Organizing, coordinating and facilitating company events or activities
- Being in charge for office opening and closing
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance
- Working with key stakeholders across the business division to ensure that employee relations are upkept, and all employee initiatives are handled efficiently and effectively
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communicator with exceptional organizational, problem-solving and people management skill
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Applicants are required to have some knowledge or working experience in understanding payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB deductions
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
