People Analytics & Insights Specialist

As People Analytics & Insights Specialist, you will report directly to HR Director and to Comp&Ben Manager. You will help build and drive the Ubisoft Romania people analytics approach, by building metrics, reports, and dashboards. You will extract knowledge from the available data, identify processes’ inefficiencies, and present the insights or assumptions resulted from data to our business and HR leaders through analytics, informing key people and business-related decisions.

Your main mission:
• You will work closely with the Data Protection Officer and Legal to ensure security and compliance are at the forefront of any build, analysis and data shared
• You will manipulate and build models to support analytics projects and generate insights
• You will create and design local reporting using technology such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy etc.
• You will be an active member of the Global People Analytics team and community - helping and supporting with local needs and managing global projects with an impact on the local needs
• You will drive the improvement and rigor of people data, which will include ensuring security and governance
• You will work closely with the HR Information Systems team, HR and Finance and other data providers to support improved data collaboration, awareness and operational effectiveness
• You will ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of people data in our core HR Systems as a key part of driving influence through data-driven recommendations
• You will develop local dashboards that present in an integrated way people data such as headcount, turnover, diversity, hires/leavers, HR processes effectiveness and efficiency, talent acquisition, talent management etc.
• You will assess existing reports and streamline the list of useful reports and the use of them to ensure consistent data is used across different teams
• You will support the preparation, analysis and presentation of metrics for review by the HR Director and other key business stakeholders
• You will support the HR & Finance community on the use of analytics to drive insights and take people decisions and ensure there are consistent definitions and ways of measuring them
• You will help to identify the latest trends and tools in data and analytics

Qualifications

The professional value you bring:
• You have good knowledge of relational databases and statistics, using statistical tools;
• You have experience with analytic platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik;
• You have experience using HRIS systems; previous HR knowledge or experience is a plus;
• You have awareness and experience of applying governance and rigor to data – good understanding of GDPR principles;
• Proven track record of Project Delivery;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Previous experience in working with international teams and in international projects;
• Advanced English.
