What You'll Do
As a People Analyst, you will support various People Team and business wide processes that are integral to Epic’s growth and success by ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data reporting, developing and maintaining processes and tools.
In this role, you will
- Partner with members of the People Team to provide data/analytics support for the business
- Develop data reports with analysis
- Support People Team tools (Airtable)
- Develop user documentation and training materials, write reports to support ad-hoc queries, perform data audits
What we're looking for
- Familiarity with HRIS tools: Workday, Greenhouse
- Familiarity with additional tools: Airtable, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of recruiting, feedback, and performance management processes and systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse partners throughout the organization
- A proven track record of process improvement and documentation experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
- A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world class service to internal and external customers
- Must handle sensitive information with the strictest confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
