What will be your main challenges?

As a Payroll officer, your role is to ensure the management of our international payroll supporting our HR Operations.

You work in a structured way, are not afraid to do it in a fast changing environment, and you trust that having fun at work is the best way to be efficient. You think big, take ownership of your actions and always look for new ways to reinvent HR.

- Ensure the management and processing of the monthly payroll for our French and International entities, including, benefits and taxes to our employees, in compliance with French legislation and Talend Policies.

- Own the excellent delivery of operational payroll lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to off boarding, including preparation of appropriate paperwork or implementation of processes.

- Run payroll for offices abroad closely with local payroll providers.

- Be the point of contact for all employees requests.

- Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People and ensure our function is high-performing.

What do we expect?

- 5+ years experience as a payroll officer.

- Full proficiency in French and English.

- Experience handling payrolls in France and abroad.

- Team player with passion for People and love to see them thrive in the workplace.

- Problem-solving enthusiasm: you go beyond identifying issues or challenges and focus on how to address them.

- Great communication skills across languages and cultures with an ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization.

The salary will depend on the experience and skills a candidate brings to the position in line with the levels outlined in the Voodoo Career Path.

We are offering all Voodoo members of staff a flexible vacation policy, allowing us to take as many paid days off as we need as long as the work is done and objectives are complete.
