Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Overseeing the payments processing function and ensuring quickest possible turnaround times on customer withdrawals.
- Supervise “Know Your Customer” and documents based verification services to customers.
- Collaborating with CS to mitigate damaging activities.
- Proactively manage the prevention of fraudulent activity and to manage the amount and value of chargebacks due to fraud to within the required limits.
- Develop, review, recommend and implement policies and procedures to detect and prevent the occurrence of fraudulent, illegal, or improper activities.
- Detect and report suspicious account activities according to Internal policies.
- Ensure fraudulent transactions or activity are spotted and handled swiftly in order to minimize losses.
- Assess and escalate cases to the responsible departments.
- Work together with other departments in order to continuously improve internal processes and enhance capabilities.
- Compile reports to keep management informed of department activities.
- Oversee investigations on all payment recalls or chargebacks.
- Determine existing fraud trends by analysing accounts and transaction patterns.
- Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Manage team schedule and attendance.
Qualifications
Essential
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Extremely proactive communicator willing to raise flags when needed and keep all relevant stakeholders well informed of ongoing risk or payments related activities.
- Must be organized and detail oriented with a strong focus.
- Strong time management skills.
- A flexible team player who is willing to do ad-hoc tasks, quickly shift work priorities, and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the business.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in a Risk management and Payments processing position.
Preferable
- Previous experience in the Online Gaming or Payments industry.
- Proficient knowledge of online payments services and Risk management.
- Experience within Online Gambling Operations.
