We are looking for a dynamic Payments Product Manager to join our Digital Studio Product team and to drive new product initiatives that allow our users worldwide to easily make secure purchases in stores, in apps, and on the web. In this role, you will work on both traditional and new payment flows. You will closely collaborate with Engineering, Business Development, Legal, and many other teams across Playtika.
You should combine technical proficiency, a strong sense of user experience, tact, and business insight. You should have excellent presentation abilities and be able to drive a concrete vision and requirements that rally the team and delight customers.
Responsibilities
- Own full payment product solutions and features roadmaps from end to end
- Ensuring products quality, success, and services compliance.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features.
- Researching the best solutions and new innovations on the payments market.
- Automating payment processes and building smart solutions.
- Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve and optimize the conversion rates.
- Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering.
- Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation.
- Orchestrate API integrations between third-party tools and native tools and databases
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Product Manager in technical products or B2B Industry
- Experience in payment systems Experience in the payments industry/financial institutions is A MUST
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving elements of the product development lifecycle
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details.
- A great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
- A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
- Experience working with remote teams - Advantage
