Payments Manager, Partnerships (WoWs Project)

Wargaming is looking for a Payments Manager, Partnerships who will be responsible for increasing the World of Warships audience through collaborations with Payments Partners and Schemes.
World of Warships is a multiplayer online game featuring warships from the first half of the 20th century and is played by 50 million people around the globe. The game is in the Top 2 free-to-play multiplayer online PC games in the world by ARPU, according to Superdata reports (Nielsen Company).

The Payments team collaborates with payment partners to offer the players ways to make purchases within Wargaming games worldwide. The Payments Manager, Partnerships will be working closely with World of Warships teams, which may require regular business trips to St. Petersburg, Russia.

What will you do?

• Act as a key World of Warships game expert within the Payments team and a link between the Product team and Payments team
• Represent and present World of Warships to payment partners, schemes and internal stakeholders
• Develop, greenlight and implement new project concepts and mechanics to meet the Key Performance Indicators
• Analyze market data, identify opportunities with payment partners and lead negotiations
• Handle the implementation of all the approved campaigns/concepts from start to finish (contracts execution, supervising technical integrations, marketing support, liaising with other departments, etc.)
• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns/concepts using appropriate metrics
• Prepare and provide reports on executed campaigns/concepts
• Maintain appropriate documentation on Confluence (Jira as a task manager, Salesforce as CRM)

• Experience working in marketing and executing promotional campaigns
• Experience working in banking and/or Payments Service Providers and/or Schemes
• Experience working in gaming and/or e-commerce companies
• Experience interacting in a multicultural environment and understanding multicultural communication differences during negotiations
• Experience playing World of Warships
• Knowledge of key game/marketing metrics (CPA/CPM/CPC, nMAU, MAU, MPU, etc.).
