Payments Manager, Co-brand

Wargaming is looking to hire a Payments Manager, Co-brand, who will work on current card co-branded projects and also assist in expanding it to new countries. The role is open within the Payments Team which collaborates with payment partners giving the players the possibility to make purchases within Wargaming games.
Co-branded project is a project featuring a bank card that is issued specially for Wargaming players. Amongst others, it allows to receive in-game currency and other bonuses by using regularly the card.
What will you do?
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data of the project and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in the develop and implement the strategic direction of the projects to meet Key Performance Indicators
- Analyze market data and identify opportunities with the existing and new partners
- Handle the implementation of all the approved campaigns/concepts from start to the end (conclusion of contracts, supervision of technical integrations, marketing support, liaise with other departments etc.)
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional/marketing campaigns/concepts using approved metrics
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the co-branded project. Prepare reports on promotional/marketing campaigns to internal and external stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Great communication skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Good knowledge of data analytics and key game metrics (MAU, MPU, ARPPU, churn rate, etc.), an experienced Excel user
- Readiness and willingness to learn fast
