Pathfinder Intern - Technical Program Manager Intern

The Pathfinders program is a 12-week summer internship designed for first and second-year college students interested in technical program management. This program offers students the ability to explore career opportunities and gain insight into the Gaming industry. Students work on real teams with impactful projects alongside industry veterans, to gain hands-on experience with valuable tools and program management processes while developing leadership skills.
The Pathfinders program incorporates structured learnings and provides you with the tools to be successful during your time at EA. Each Pathfinder intern will have peer and professional mentorship, participate in networking activities, and engage with senior leaders. We particularly encourage applications from students who are historically underrepresented in this field.
We are currently seeking applicants for our technical program management team.
Opportunities
- Digital Platform – EA’s biggest technology team! This group works to provide foundational services to game teams, enabling powerful relationships with our players across multiple platforms and devices. You will work for the Commerce & Identity and Developer Experience Program Management team, which is focused on driving high quality programs related to Commerce, Identity and Developer Experience services which are utilized by developers to build the world's greatest games at EA!
- This will be a fully remote internship
Key Responsibilities
- Drive programs which enhance Commerce, Identity and Developer Experience services
- Partner closely with Product Managers, software engineers and other key partners to build the next generation of tools and applications
Qualification
- Working on a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Passion and creativity for problem-solving and product development. We are looking for creative thinkers who also like to learn how to build real-world products.
- Programming experience in a higher-level programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Nodejs, etc. is a plus
- A desire to learn, grow and work independently
- Love playing games
