About the Role:

As a Partnerships Associate in Mexico, you will acquire and develop regional content creators and work on strategic plans tied to content growth within gaming, Mobile gaming and non-gaming categories reporting to the LATAM Partnerships team.

You will be the main contact for essential broadcasting partners in Mexico and the rest of Spanish-speaking Americas. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the content creator market in these countries, have client management experience, a customer service mentality, and respond to evolving timelines. You have a passion for gaming, lifestyle, music, and the desire to turn that passion into a career. The position is based in our office in Mexico City.

You Will:

• Identify, recruit, and educate content creators in strategic areas
• Develop a relationship with several Partners on Twitch
• Work with content creators to develop their careers
• Help with the enforcement of the Twitch Community Guidelines
• Develop programs to further engage our broadcasters
• Support our peers in Sales, Public Relations, and Business Development with content leads
• Gather and report feedback which will contribute to content strategy
• Attend events and organize networking opportunities for Partners

You Have:

• 3+ years of account management experience
• Familiarity with the LATAM content, gaming and entertainment industry
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience working under evolving circumstances
• Passion for advocating creator needs
• Vision for leading new programs
