About the Role
As the Partnerships Account Manager, Spain, you will onboard and develop regional content creators and work on strategic projects tied to content growth. You will be the main contact for individual creators and other broadcasting partners in Spain. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in these countries, client management experience, a customer service mentality and the ability to work under evolving timelines. You ideally have a passion for gaming, lifestyle and music, and the desire to turn that passion into a career.
You have excellent English and Spanish skills.

You Will:
- Identify and recruit creators to use the platform, both within gaming and non-gaming verticals
- Help develop existing creator and broadcasters on Twitch
- Help grow different content genres on Twitch
- Manage relationships with existing partnered content creators and within the industry landscape
- Assist individual creators with maximizing their use of the platform
- Business development, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution
- Create and execute local strategic projects which provide value to broadcasters
- Track and report key performance metrics , objectives and goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, BD, PR, Sales, and Content teams
- Gather feedback on Twitch products and present internally
- Bridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local community
- Build relationships across the regional media landscape
- Build reports to different partners and co-workers
- Attend and represent Twitch across multiple events in the region.
You Have:
- You are fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s Degree
- You have account management experience in the gaming or the media industry.
- You can travel to gaming and non-gaming conventions, industry events and to meet with clients - more than 30 days of traveling a year
- You understand common online video and online advertising metrics, and the traditional and digital media sector
- You are focused on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Twitch as a user and broadcaster
- Broadcast licensing, commissioning or distribution experience in digital or traditional sectors
- You have existing relationships with content creators within the gaming community or non-gaming communities across Spain.
- You have relationships with media companies in Spain
- You have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- You have experience with live video content creation
- Previous employment at a company within the gaming or the media industry
