To support the launch and growth of this new product, we are looking for a Partnership Management Coordinator to help assist with the daily maintenance of existing partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Partnership Account Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of partners
• Work with partners to create rewards and offers
• Help to maintain the rewards offer queue
• Work with internal stakeholders on various projects in support of partnerships
• Collaborate with Partnership Art lead to creating new asset content for various initiatives to include social, partner activation, and direct mail campaigns.
• Assist customer support and host team with resolving customer tickets related to Rewards & Loyalty
• Assist partner users with systems training and issues
• Participate in design, set-up, and execution of partner and player events
• Document new processes and procedures as needed for the Rewards & Loyalty operation

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years of work experience
• A strong relationship builder who has a positive attitude and is a team player
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Highly organized and plans and prioritizes work effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly agile environment
• Some travel may be required
