About the Role
The Partnerships team is looking for a Program Manager to help strengthen and organize the relationship between Partnerships and Community Product at Twitch. You will work closely with Partner Managers, our Creator Benefits team, and other externally facing staff as well as Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers. In this capacity, you act as an advocate for Partners/Partnerships in roadmap discussions, product design, and execution. You will also be responsible for keeping Partnerships informed of upcoming releases and making sure their needs are understood and appropriately prioritized.
As a Partner Product Ops Manager, you will maintain regular reporting to keep Partnerships informed of how the releases we contribute to are performing. The best candidate will be able to draw from experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams and will be comfortable translating feedback between the two.
You will work in our San Francisco office, but we will also consider Irvine (CA).
You Will:
- Organize user feedback to help guide conversations with Community product team
- Collaborate with Community product team to build products and programs based on those inputs
- Identify Content initiatives that would benefit from additional product support
- Maintain regular communication with Community product to keep all parties informed
- Help develop projects that feed into top line Content goals
You Have:
- 3+ years Program Management experience
- Managed cross-team projects with external requirements
- Excellent Project Management skills, including project planning, milestone tracking and execution
- High-level writing skills to aid in document creation, particularly product specs and technical documents
- Experience using data to make decisions and evaluating the impact of those decisions
