Partner Manager, Ad Operations

Unity Technologies is looking for an experienced and motivated customer-focused ad operations individual to join our expanding global Brand advertising operations team as the Partner Manager, Ad Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through delivering premium end-to-end campaign performance. We’re looking for someone who can balance multiple initiatives – including project managing and trafficking campaigns, leading communications with clients, providing optimization and wrap-up recommendations and driving additional PMP revenue.
This exciting position will be a critical contributor to enable growth of our brand advertising revenue, and will have the opportunity to work on delivering cutting-edge augmented reality advertising experiences for brands.
Responsibilities
- Traffic, optimize and report on managed service and programmatic brand campaigns
- Communicate directly with advertisers, agencies, and internal teams to understand client KPIs, and ensure we exceed client expectations
- Lead QA and troubleshooting with Product & Engineering to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and Engineering to prioritize and support campaign execution
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies between 1st party and 3rd party ad serving and tracking systems
Requirements
- A solid understanding of the programmatic space with hands-on experience working directly on supply side platforms and ad servers
- Ability to multi-task with a varied list of responsibilities in a constantly evolving space
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Capable of managing complex projects and/or technical issues with minimal support needed
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to get things done
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight and action
Bonus points
- Experience in publisher Ad Operations – mobile in-app and video experience preferred
- BS/BA degree; technical, mathematics, business, or science coursework a plus
- Interest in video games and/or emerging media formats
- Bilingual in Spanish
