Partner Engagement Manager

Overview

Bethesda.net is looking for an exceptional Partner Engagement Manager with a strong sense of developer advocacy to help B.net, ZMI and game teams succeed in the development and publishing process.

The successful applicant will work as part of the Bethesda.net Partner Engagement team, proactively remaining engaged with internal and external business partners, ensuring that work is brought into the platform team in a consistent manner. The Partner Engagement Manager will be accountable for knowing status of all in flight work for assigned studios and projects, ensuring that both business partners and B.net development teams are aligned at all times and communicating timelines and scope.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a client success / account manager and be able to navigate high stress situations with tact, engaging with employees at all levels. The Partner Engagement Manager will develop and further the reputation of the B.net group, keeping finger on the pulse of sentiment and able to proactively improve our business processes to operate in a more efficient and cost effective manner. The Partner Engagement Manager will be versatile in skill and able to assist in different situations when necessary.

Responsibilities

• As an advocate for external partners, understand asks and send through Bnet’s work intake process, seeing the work through production, ensuring proper priority and attention along the way
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and ensuring collaboration and communication between business groups.
• Onboarding new studio partners to Net features and services and overview team features and services.
• Single point of contact for assigned game release information, tracking upcoming beats and milestones per development phase leading and through launch.
• Working directly with game and Brand Management teams and communicate game activities, promotions, tournaments and events to the platform team.
• Track and ensure deliverables are monitored frequently for change in scope, priority and business requirements.
• Assist Live Operations team in monitoring major deployments and managing communication around impacts, providing support when needed.
• Attending Business Management Team meetings, representing B.net Central Studio interests
• Status updates to Leadership on partner sentiment and development / integration activity
• Working with our technical writer and internal stakeholders to accurate partner facing communication.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience in successfully managing B2B relationships
• Proven ability to clearly communicate to all levels of an organization
• Experienced usage of Confluence, Office 365, JIRA and other project and information management suites
• Strong sense of ownership, eye for areas of continued improvement, and an unflagging sense of consumer, developer and partner advocacy
