Summary

What You'll Do

Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class content and be familiar the product and software development cycle. The Partner Development Manager will manage the activities, engagements, and prioritization of the RGS Integration team. Prioritization and time-management are key skills to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams along with technical, program, product, and commercial stakeholders to develop and maintain integrations across all partners. As the Partner Development Manager, candidate will cultivate the technical product road map alongside the game’s product team and developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class content
• Familiarity of the product and software development life cycle
• Manage the activities, engagements, and prioritization of the RGS Integration team
• Cultivate the technical product road map alongside the game’s product team and developers
• Building and leading successful teams, recruiting the right people, and retaining them through creating a great collaborative environment and a focus on personal development
• Travel up to 60%

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in similar commercial role/s, preferable within the gaming industry
• End to end experience managing integrations
• Gaming experience in cross-functional teams
• Web services and REST API Design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Application/Web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.)
• Scrum master understanding
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
