Partner Advisor, Digital Twin

The opportunity
Unity Technologies Success Management team is rapidly growing to include a technical partner advisor to support our customers in better understanding our products and workflow in order to achieve increased value and success in their projects and developments.
As a digital twin Technical Partner Advisor (TPA), you wear the hat of a key promoter of our digital twin solutions, with a focus on ensuring successful adoption and value realisation for our customers. You will be working alongside our support, sales and product teams to ensure a unified customer experience. Most importantly, you will interact with the heart of Unity, our customers!
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all our digital twin (ie. automotive, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, construction, retail, aerospace, government) customers in the region, planning outreach programs and campaigns to drive meaningful discussions and engagements.
- Support our Customer Success Management team as the technical advisor on Unity digital twin products, learning our products inside and out, and mastering an understanding of its extensive range of uses
- Deliver services and engage customers on a technical level, providing advisories, consultation and discussions about our technologies and platforms
- Work closely and cohesively within the Customer Success teams to answer customer questions and support tickets, and collect lessons learned in the form of Knowledge Base documentation and self-service capabilities
- Consolidate customer feedback and feature requests from customers and communicate them to our Product team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer facing engagements and worked with multi-functional teams like customer success, product engineering and sales teams
- Experience with the Unity platform, data visualization applications, and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) geometry, metadata, and materials
- Proficiency in .NET, C# or C++ with deployment, debugging and profiling experience
- Programming specialist that has code level in-depth experience in commercial or in-house 3D game engines such as Unity, Unreal, Frostbite, CryEngine, Lumberyard, or Stingray
You might also have
- Knowledge of tools like Pixyz, Visual Live, Unity Industrial Collection, Reflect or Forma
- Experience in developing AR/VR content
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and able to guide customers by clearly communicating ideas and technical knowledge via written reports
