Partner Account Manager, Korea - Games

As a partner account manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing long-term relationships with Unity’s current and prospective channel partners in Korea. You will play a vital role in the revenue growth of our channel partnerships organization. You will work with partners to establish and track business goals and performance metrics, such as depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned partners, marshaling resources to drive them to success
- Coordinate with regional business development leads to drive the success of growth strategies
- Conduct annual business planning with assigned partners, holding them accountable for KPIs throughout the calendar year
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners
- Guide partner participation in enablement and marketing activities
- Assist partners with creating value-added tools, integrations, and training around Unity’s products and services
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Korean gaming industry landscape
- Significant experience in business development/partnership related roles within the gaming industry
- Experience in key account management, with the ability to interface with executives and sales teams
- History of exceeding quota
- Bi-lingual in English and Korean - fluency in both written and spoken communication
Bonus Points
- Significant experience in managing channel partners for a SaaS company, and building growth plans with partners
- Deep understanding of Asian markets and culture
