Your Mission
You will be part of Activision Blizzard and King’s EMEA legal team, working in a collaborative and challenging environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued as your expertise.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Corporate/company secretarial – in the context of a complex international structure, provide support to the corporate legal team including:
- on company secretarial matters, ensuring Companies House filings are made, and facilitating overseas filings, in a timely and compliant manner;
- preparing board minutes and assisting in preparation and maintenance of statutory records, board minutes and resolutions for international entities across Activision, Blizzard & King, director changes, incorporations and dissolutions, and distributions;
- supporting on due diligence exercises and general information requests related to corporate transactions;
- assisting with internal and external company compliance requests, including KYC and audit processes; and
- working with external providers internationally to assist in the above.
- Employment – in relation to Activision, Blizzard and King employees primarily across Europe, provide support to the employment legal team including:
- review and/or drafting of employment related documentation eg. recruitment agency terms, consultancy agreements, process guidelines, policies
- support the employment team on business reorganisations
- act as coordinator on global HR projects / compliance initiatives
- support the employment/privacy teams on shared projects such as benefits implementation and roll-outs, employee data retention management, background checks
- Various support to the Legal Team
- Prepare, maintain, update and execute legal documentation
- Legal research
- Project management to support the legal and business teams in their initiatives and projects, including minute team meetings, prepare timelines and presentations, keep track of people and progress;
- Develop and maintain online filing and document management databases;
- General administration and support on an “as needed” basis to other members of the Legal Team in relation to adhoc projects.

Qualifications/Training (appropriate to the job)
- Law Degree (LPC or equivalent a plus)
- Experience in a law firm and/or in house, with some European and/or US exposure preferred
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities (appropriate to the job)
- Company secretarial experience a plus
- Excellent written and communication skills (English)
- Excellent attention to detail and research skills
- Proficiency in using office software
- Knowledge of other languages a plus
