Pan-European Sales Trainee (July 2022)

The Challenge Ahead:

Be part of the boldest sales reorganization EA have been leading for decades, switching from a local based sales activity to a centralized one !

You will support this transition, building tools and process to make this centralized sales activity effective with direct accounts (Amazon and Gamestop).

Reporting to the Direct Account Commercial Lead, you will work with multiple teams across the countries and departments in EA but also externally, including retail and agencies.

The projects we prepared for you :

Sales Project: you will harmonize the existing sales tools for Amazon & Gamestop EU, finding efficiencies and proposing improvements, while being responsible for the proper execution of them.

Promotional Calendar Project: you will build and execute a Pan-Eu process for the delivery and reporting of promotions that consolidate all the different steps needed.

Retail Marketing Project: you will build a Pan-European tracking tool to monitor our execution of EA's products and brands alongside Amazon and Gamestop marketplaces.

Data Analysis project: working with the Pan-EU Sales Analyst you will participate in weekly reports elaboration by building a toolbox that gives her all needed insights.

The next great Pan-European Sales Trainee also needs:

• You study last year of Business Administration, Marketing, or related studies, and already had a experience in sales department.
• You want to develop your career in business areas related to account management or retail marketing.
• You are interested in video games and entertainment industries
• You are fluent in French and have have business level in English
• You have experience with Excel, macros may be an advantage
