Paid User Acquisition Manager

Overview
The UA Manager will collaborate with brand teams, mobile development teams, mobile leadership, and external media agencies to oversee multiple parts of the media planning process for our mobile titles. In this role, you will own the paid media campaign planning and stewardship for our mobile titles. This role requires a blending of mobile media knowledge and guidance for internal development and brand teams on mobile best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own paid user acquisition from start to finish including initial agency briefing, budget setting, strategy and planning, day-to-day management, optimization efforts, and internal recommendations on next steps
- Lead day-to-day communication with third-party ad agencies and vendors (e.g., review campaign strategy and optimizations, provide updates on creative rotations, review agency reporting for accuracy)
- Manage paid media performance metrics (e.g., LTV, CPI/CPA, ROAS) from external and internal reporting, and ensure findings are shared cross functionally
- Collaborate with development, brand, business management, and BI team members on campaign health, next steps, and items needed for continued campaign success
- Provide data-backed creative recommendations to internal brand teams for UA ad development
- Work with internal development teams to manage MMP solution
- Balance multiple mobile products across multiple studios
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience of performance media experience in mobile games/apps or hands-on experience managing biddable paid social or mobile network platforms
- Knowledgeable in mobile user acquisition and retention analysis at scale
- Working knowledge of Excel and MMP platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular)
- Deep understand of CPA/CPI, IPM, ROAS, LTV, etc. as it relates to paid UA and overall mobile marketing
- Experience in A/B testing, programmatic, bid and creative optimization
- A self-starter with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimization
