If the answer is yes, we are looking for your applications with the exciting position of a Project Trainer.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct floor refreshers/update training to keep knowledge up-to-date
- Update the project material/knowledge base as and when needed to ensure information accuracy
- Ensure project updates are received, included in training, and cascaded to the floor in the time for implementation
- Record and maintain batch attendance, performance, evaluation and assessment scores accurately
- Train the agents on the project’s products/services and operational processes
- Constantly review and test the knowledge of the team by testing them via ad-hoc bi monthly assessments
- Proactively able to improve game book, documentations and training materials with minimal supervision or guidance
- Training needs analysis based on knowledge gaps
Requirements and experience
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Accountable and responsible
- Previous experience in teaching and/or applied adult learning, reinforcement, Illustration with an example
- Experience in a similar position, including a Shift Leader role, will be considered an advantage.
