PRMP Manager

Wargaming’s PRMP (Player Relationship Management Platform) is used to manage the company’s connections to the players. We need a competent PRMP Manager to help prepare and launch targeted campaigns for assorted Wargaming projects all over the globe.

In this position, your key objective will be coordinating several activities and projects running at a time while fostering open communication between the teams involved and supporting the stakeholders at every stage.

What will you do?

• Plan PRMP campaigns and set due dates for separate tasks
• Collect and formalize requirements, create and update documentation
• Provide full support for activities and their components, coordinate different teams, give expert support to clients and the teams involved
• Communicate with clients and colleagues (both in Russian and English), hold business meetings and Skype calls
• Prepare reports, control the campaigns’ efficiency, request analytical services

What are we looking for?

• Experience managing projects in at least one of the following areas: Internet projects, advertising, game/app development
• Avid gamer with knowledge of Wargaming projects
• Planning skills
• Able to draw up functional requirements, describe processes, create documentation and keep it up to date
• Strong command of Russian (spoken and written), ability to deliver information to teams and clients in a clear fashion
• Intermediate or above level of English
• Attentive, stress-resistant, highly responsible

What will help you stand out?

• A bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or project management)
• Experience working with development teams
• Understanding the basics of business analysis
• Understanding of game monetization and audience segmentation principles
• Experience with Atlassian projects (Jira/Confluence)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
• Public speaking and presentation experience
