Working on a worldwide basis, we provide a range of linguistic, testing, audio, art and quality control services to Video Game Developers and Publishers alike.
Role Overview
The PR Specialist will help to ensure active and engaged communities for Keywords Studios/Wizcorp—both internal and external—by leading the corporate communications, media relation, digital communications, content creation, CSR activities. This position will work collaboratively across the marketing department and will have some exposure to executive leadership as well.
This position will require an energetic self-starter with excellent writing and presentation skills, who also has a flair for design and loves to be creative. We want this person to be a proactive collaborator, able to jump in to work alongside team members on projects and tasks of all levels that will solve communications challenges for our community.
Responsibilities
- Manage company external communications activities including corporate social account, website content posting.
- Write press release, news article by leveraging different sources of information.
- Support company-wide Employee Recognition and Employer Brand initiatives
- Plan and execute internal communications such as interviewing employees, supporting company events/conferences, and delivering messages from executive leadership using intranet and email.
- Create content and translate corporate material from English to Japanese and Japanese to English.
- Plan and implement CSR activities.
- Special assignments as required
Requirements
- Native level Japanese, Fluent English
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as communications, writing, marketing, public relations, multimedia, etc. is a plus
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
- Self-starter, able to work independently as well as in teams
- Effective research and organizational skills

Work Schedule and Holidays
- Working hour: 10:00 - 19:00
