Join us as a PR & Communications Manager and dive deep into the world of first-class AAA games and fun.
Challenges for you
- Craft & execute the global communications strategy for Gamegroove Capital as well as PR product positioning, key messages, and Q&As.
- Closely collaborate with marketing and teams across the organization to lead a 360 approach to PR planning and execution.
- Manage internal and external written material including plans, press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, and FAQs. Identifying and fostering media relations and outreach.
- Interact with internal stakeholders across the organization to coach and guide our external communication.
- Develop and implement best practices for working with agencies.
- Develop and manage all phases of product publicity across multiple product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the global regional communications team to plan and execute best-in-class communications campaigns including press events, trade, and consumer shows.
- Maintaining communication consistency quality standards by aligning different departments on the brand’s direction, choice, and tactics.
- Manage communications content calendar, follow up on assets creation with the studio teams and timely delivery to communications groups.
- Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs to analyze the impact and effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Tracking sponsorship, partnership, and agreement applications based on strategy and budget.
- Crisis management.
- Contributing to the establishment of departments methodologies and KPI’s;
- Contributing to defining territorial positioning, target audiences, product strategies, and messaging.
Your experience and background
- Degree in Communications, PR or in a related field.
- 5 to 9 years of experience related to Public Relations focusing on Video games, Consumer products or Entertainment.
- Mastering the art of communicating technical and complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Media relations contacts are a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive knowledge of Office 365.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to last-minute changes.
- Ability to see the global picture and keep track of little important details.
- Ability to think “outside the box”, willing to innovate and find new ways to communicate.
- Ability to adapt the messages and tone to different audiences.
- Analytical and synthetical.
