Job Title: PMO Manager

**Note**: Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings

Responsibilities:

Lead the Project Management Office of India Studios for the following topics:

• Act as a conductor for all the studio processes cross-departments with Operational Excellence as a goal
• Create/refresh/adapt scalable value-driven processes by applying critical thinking, convincing, documenting, communicating, and automating them
• Provide insightful studio reporting crossing inter-departments data (projects time tracking, budget utilization, etc.)
• Organize and chair the “PMO” project reviews with the studio management
• Standardize project documentation by providing templates and normalized folder structures (via Teams)
• Analyze project data and understand fundamental metrics (e.g. planning, risk register, budgets, velocity, health status, quality metrics, etc.)
• Be the studio referent in terms of tools leading to higher teams’ efficiency (WFH management, inventory, procurement, attendance, etc.)
• Coordinate and collect data & reports from various stakeholders on ad-hoc topics

Relevant Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in hands-on project management
• Certified in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma)
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and VBA programming required
• Proficient knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Teams, JIRA, SharePoint Online, Confluence) & fundamental understanding of automation tools (e.g. Power Query, Power Automate)

Skills:

• Highly motivated and with strong leadership attributes and attention to details
• Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to plan and navigate between multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of waterfall, agile project management and IT governance
• Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting
