About the team
Our team is responsible for setting the vision and defining the priorities to develop an internal distribution platform for our games.
We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and in order to achieve that, we work on a team with people from different backgrounds (backend engineers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, etc.). We have a mindset of full responsibility for our systems, from their ideation to development, testing with end users and maintenance of what has been delivered.
We are responsible for both verticals of our user acquisition product: creatives production and performance management. Wildlife serves tens of millions of individuals with ads every day and this number will only grow. So how do we show the ideal video/image/playable to each individual, at the best possible moment, to maximize the likelihood of them becoming one of our more than 1 billion users worldwide?
About the role
We are seeking experienced professionals to take a leadership role in the complex and cross-functional effort to build the world's best distribution platform for games. Solving this problem end-to-end will require working closely with our user acquisition team and continuously researching the most relevant players in the industry to prepare for changes in an extremely dynamic market.
As a Technical Product Manager for Marketing on Wildlife, you will be expected to conceive, design and prioritize features to be developed for your squad and align the vision with stakeholders from different areas, besides working closely with the team on deliveries for the client (user acquisition and marketing art teams).
You should have a passion for digital technology and know what challenges today’s digital advertising world. Working alongside data science, other product managers and developers, you will collaborate and drive the next iteration of our mobile advertising solutions. You will own your products from conception to delivery and must be willing to take bold risks rather than settling for incremental improvement, and be accountable for building an influential partnership with key stakeholders internally and externally.

What you'll do
- Prioritize the backlog with granular feature epics, user stories and release notes to achieve the best result in a given time.
- Identify new product opportunities and partner with engineering and data science to build effective solutions to optimize our advertising infrastructure.
- Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management stakeholders to make sure you have as much support as possible to achieve our vision.
- Define KPIs, and operational and marketing metrics for new features.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is dynamic and creative solutions are the norm
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience working in teams on digital projects/products.
- Demonstrated technical understanding of computer science and data science fundamentals and technologies.
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams to drive delivery schedules.
- Previous experience with project management tools (Github, JIRA, Monday, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, written and oral.
- (Bonus) Previous experience working in user acquisition (mobile or desktop)
- (Bonus) Excellent communication skills in Spanish, written and oral.
