Job Summary
PeopleFun is seeking a PM Producer to facilitate the organization of our Product Management Team. Our team’s focus is to provide accurate and timely delivery of Product Portfolio Reviews, Data Analytics, A/B Test Results, and Usability Reports on a weekly basis. This candidate should obsess on product needs and bring a relentless pursuit of clarity and outcomes with a team first attitude.
Who You'll Work With
- This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Product within the Product Management Team. You will work closely with Product Managers, Game Data Analysts, and User Researchers. You will partner with Product Owners, Game Team Producers, Studio Stakeholders and Department Leads to ensure that the common goals between Game Teams and Product Management are being met within the organization. Above all, you will be a champion for our users and business outcomes by serving the needs of the Product Management Team.
What You'll Work On
- As a PM Producer, you will be working with the needs and goals of Product Management, Analytics, and User Research. You will understand all of our A/B test life-cycles and LiveOps schedules and be the main facilitating communicator to game teams. You will use the tools including JIRA, Monday.com, and Confluence to ensure tasks are completed within the department. You will maintain a clear understanding and status of all game teams, as it relates to Product Management, Analytics, and User Research assignments.
- A typical day/week looks like sprint planning with Leads and stakeholders. Ensuring that all Individual Contributors’ tasks are created and updated within Monday.com and associated JIRA tasks. You will understand the deliverables and build schedules of all game teams, in order to be a proactive manager for your department and studio development team mates. You will facilitate weekly meetings and support agenda by organizing team needs with efficient time management. Attendance, at most, if not all, game team daily stand ups. Your role at daily stand ups is both for information and proper corrective guidance when needed. As status and information change on a daily basis within our game teams, you are the eyes and ears outside of our department.

- Leadership skills to strengthen multiple game teams to integrate Product Management, Analytics, and User Research processes to successful business outcomes, while balancing internal & external stakeholder expectations
- Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders at varying levels
- Attention to detail on all aspects of the job, as well as an evangelist for detail within other departments at PeopleFun
- Positive teammate who empowers Agile game teams and understands the collective success of the Product Management team while motivating for delivery

What You Bring
- This is an on site position, located in our Richardson, TX office
- 1-3 years of experience in program management, or equivalent education
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Proven experience developing and leading stakeholder engagement, work schedules, issues, risks, and change requests
- Expertise working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner in a Scrum or Kanban environment
- Experience with JIRA, Monday.com, Confluence, Google Docs, and project management software preferred
- Experience managing Product Management teams in related field preferred
- A passion for personal growth, quiet confidence through humility, leadership qualities, and ease of communication a must
