What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns Lead (CRM) to join the Player Lifecycle Team. You’ll work with teams across Epic to implement design, copy, targeting and customization rules to steer communications campaigns around events, partner title launches, and more.
The ideal candidate is marketing savvy with an eye for design best practices and compelling copy. This candidate knows how to excite and engage our players in an authentic way and can support the various initiatives happening at once to support Unreal Engine.
In This Role You Will
- Maintaining an ongoing CRM calendar and prioritized quarterly communication plans
- Partnering with UE Marketing leads to develop a cross-channel campaign strategy, content plan, and segmentation plan for marketing beats across both B2C and B2B audiences
- Developing triggered lifecycle programs to drive engagement with products and services
- Maintaining an experimentation matrix and implementing test-and-learn strategies; implementing learnings into optimization strategy
- Working with design teams to deliver best in class content and ensuring campaigns meet brand and functional best practice standards
- Creating a segmentation plan for dynamic content management including prioritization, frequency planning and governance rules
- Working with Analytics and Data Science teams to drive campaign targeting and performance intelligence; delivering these insights to partners on a regular cadence
- Defining areas of opportunity to better reach or engage with users and partnering with functional development teams to define desired specs and priorities
What We're Looking For
- 7-10+ years developing and managing dynamic marketing campaigns
- Experience with both B2C and B2B audiences
- Working history of planning and implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Expertise in creating customer segments using direct and modeled behaviors
- Experience working across functional groups including product owners, design groups, programming operations, tool development teams and analytics
- Excellent writing, organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated eye for design and brand
- Knowledge of a variety of marketing channels including in-product/in-game, email, push notifications, store merchandising spaces and paid media
- A passion for games and/or 3D software and technology
