PC Technician & 1st Line Support

Our studio is still growing and so does our IT team. We're looking for a driven and self motivated PC Technician and 1st Line Support.

How thePC Technician & 1st Line Support fits into the bigger picture
We are growing from 80 to 100 people which means a high need for onboarding new colleagues and supporting our developers with potential soft-/ hardware issues.

Is this you?
✓ Service and collaboration is what you’re great at, you smile when you help others :)

✓ Experienced with troubleshooting Windows-clients, admin of; Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and tickets

✓ Experience from helpdesk with IT-related issues such as accounts, permissions, mobile and other technical clients

✓ Onboarding co-workers (accounts, equipment etc.)

✓ Proficiency in Swedish & English
