PC & Network Support Specialist

Overview

PC & Newtwork Support Specilist for Japan Office

Responsibilities

Provide level 1 IT support/desktop support to Tango Gameworks (Console games development studio) and Bethesda Softworks – Japan (Video game publshing section) as well as manage IT inventories (hardware and software). Ability to provide level 1.5 or 2 support is preferred.

ゼニマックス・アジア株式会社（開発スタジオ：Tango Gameworksおよびゲーム・パブリッシャー：Bethesda Softworks - Japan）向けにＬ1〜Ｌ2レベルでのＩＴヘルプデスクサポート、および、ＩＴ設備・備品（ハード・ウエア＆ソフトウエア）の在庫の管理含む。

Qualifications

Requirements (Mandatory)／必須スキル

• Profound knowledge of Windows10（ウインドウズ１０に関する十分な知識）
• Profound knowledge of desktop PC hardware (to be able to assemble PC parts and install operating systems) （PCパーツを組み立ててOSをインストール出来るレベルの知識があること）
• Catching up the latest hardware and OS knowledge and skills (最新のハードウェア・OSに関する知識やスキルを持ち続ける意欲)
• Fluency in Japanese（日本語に堪能なこと）

Requirements (Strongly preferred)／必須に近いスキル・経験

• Knowledge of versioning engines (Perforce or Git/GitHub) バージョニングエンジンの知識（PerforceまたはGit / GitHub）
• Knowledge of programming tools (Visual Studio/IncrediBuild etc) プログラミングツールの知識（Visual Studio / IncrediBuildなど）
• Background in gaming industries or computer graphics(2D/3D) industries
• (if not, the candidate needs familiarity with the administration of graphic tools like Adobe products and Autodesk products etc. but does not need to know how to use them) ゲーム業界またはコンピュータ・グラフィックス（2D/ 3D）業界の経験（そうでない場合、受験者はアドビ製品やオートデスク製品などのグラフィックツールの管理に精通している必要があります。それらの使用方法を知る必要はありません）

• English (business level or above) 英語（ビジネスレベル以上）
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (LAN/WAN/Wifi/Windows Server/Linux Server/Virtual server/Cloud technologies/Backup systems etc.) ITインフラの知識（LAN / WAN / Wifi / Windowsサーバー/ Linuxサーバー/仮想サーバー/クラウドテクノロジー/バックアップシステムなど）
• Knowledge of Mac OS and hardware Mac OSおよびハードウェアの知識
• Knowledge of game development kits (PS4/5 and XBox) コンソールゲーム開発キットの知識（PS4 / 5およびXBox）
